What I Offer?

Online Zoom Classes
Online zoom classes are great to fit in with your lifestyle, to save you time and travel enabling you to practice in the comfort of your own home. Currently there are no zoom classes scheduled but these will hopefully resume around November time.

One-to-One Zoom Classes
These classes can be tailored specifically to your needs, and offer the convenience of practising from your own home, this also works out slightly cheaper than in face to face one-to-one.
£35 for 75mins

One-to-One Classes in Kendal
In a face to face private class, you will be able to benefit from adjustments as well as a tailored made class for you.
Most clients prefer having the 1-1 class in their own homes and I can travel locally within 3 miles of Kendal.
If you live slightly further away, there will be a small extra charge to cover the travel time and fuel.
£40 for 75mins

Alternatively if you prefer not to be taught at home ( eg not enough space, or too many distractions), I have a small studio at home just outside Kendal, where it is possible to have the one-to-one class.
I am also happy to teach 2 or 3 people max at the same time, please ask for rates.

Cover for Yoga Classes
I can provide cover for other yoga teachers due to illness/holidays.
If you are a yoga teacher looking for cover, please contact me.

Yoga Hikes Weekends
I also organise Yoga Hikes weekends based in the Lake District and these have been going since 2014.

Types of Classes

Morning Short and Sweet
30mins
Online

An online morning session designed to get you moving.

A great start to the day

Morning Yoga
Online

A practice to get you breathing and moving, ready for the day.  Starting with gentle movement and then gradually to a variety of seated, kneeling and standing poses to move more dynamically and warm you up.  The practice will finish with a brief relaxation.   Who needs that morning coffee?!

Evening Yoga
Online

A 75 minute practice to wind down from whatever you have been doing in the day to bring you into a more relaxed state for the evening.   A focus on posture and breath to bring balance back to the body with longer holds in some postures.  A slower practice than the morning classes using yoga props to support us.

Yoga for Every Body

A functional approach

A common sense approach to yoga and being realistic in practice and goals that not every pose is achievable or beneficial. Yen teachers functional yoga where the one size fits all approach to yoga does not exist. Practice can be modified and varied to be more accessible.

Go with the flow

A breath-led practice with mindful movement bringing balance and alignment

Yoga for sport, stress, & wellbeing

Yoga can be practiced by everybody and can be adapted to your specific needs and aims. Whether you are looking for some ‘me’ time after a busy day, or are training for a sports event, or just looking for general wellbeing.
